For over 80 years, the Orthodox Union has maintained the highest standard of kosher certification. Today, the OU supervises more than 400,000 products, including Clover Stornetta and Clover Organic products that are processed at our facility, making it the world’s most recognized and most trusted kosher symbol. 

Clover products have been Kosher certified since 1991. OU, Orthodox Union, is our certifying agency. That certification means that a Rabbi from the OU organization comes out to our processing facility annually to make sure that we are following the proper Kosher procedure in the production of our products.
