1 C Ice
1 C lowfat Clover milk
1 ripe banana
Blend together well, then add:
2 T Plain Yogurt
3 T Creamy Organic Peanut Butter
1 T honey or pure maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
Blend well & drink up! My favorite morning shake!
