We have an opening for an experienced Equipment Maintenance Repair Tech requiring the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance and repair of all facility components: HVAC, boilers, air supplies, ventilation, refrigeration systems, lighting, electrical systems, natural gas, water systems, and sewer systems.
Maintenance and repair of all facility components: HVAC, boilers, air supplies, ventilation, refrigeration systems, lighting, electrical systems, natural gas, water systems, and sewer systems. Maintenance and repair of processing equipment and systems: Filling machines and related equipment, casing, stacking and conveying machinery and related equipment.
Keep and maintain records and documentation to track and allow for effective forecasting of machine and equipment failure and service requirements to keep equipment at optimum working status.
Systems knowledge and trouble-shooting skills for hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, ammonia refrigeration, relay logic, programmable controllers, solid-state systems, and electrical power and controls.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Advanced mechanical skills for use of hand tools.
Intermediate plumbing and electric wiring skills.
DESIRED SKILLS: Working knowledge and understanding of dairy processing processes: Pasteurization, homogenization, sanitation, CIP theory, legal system controls, and fluid flow and dynamics. Welding and Heliarc or TIG
